Refund policy

Because flavor bombs are fresh—just like our support.

At Spyze Up, we craft each spice bomb with premium ingredients and small-batch love. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’ve designed a refund policy that balances quality control and customer support.

Refund Eligibility

  • Before Shipping: Need to cancel your order? We get it—plans change!
     Email info@spyzeup.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Damaged During Delivery?
    If your box arrives damaged, email us a photo at info@spyzeup.com. If it’s our fault, we’ll make it right with a replacement.

What We Can’t Refund

  • Perishable Goods: Due to food safety, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once a spice bomb has shipped.

  • Taste Preferences: Everyone’s palate is different, but our bombs are made with real, tested Mexican recipes. If it’s not your vibe, we hope you’ll try another flavor next time!

  • Used/Open Products: If the seal is broken, we can’t accept returns.

Special Cases

  • Defective Product?
     If something is wrong with your bomb (not caused by shipping), let us know. We may issue a refund or ship a replacement.

  • EU Customers: Under EU law, you can cancel your order within 14 days—but only before it’s shipped, since our products are perishable.
